All tickets sold for the Disney+ Drive-In are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

PURCHASING INFORMATION

You are purchasing your Disney+ Drive In ticket from Pedestrian Group Pty Ltd (ABN 60 112 839 568) of Level 1, 66 Wentworth Ave, Surry Hills 2010.

Ticketing Policy

  • Tickets must be booked via the Disney+ Drive-In website or on Eventbrite.
  • All tickets and products are priced in Australian dollars and a booking fee will be payable on all tickets.
  • An email confirmation of your tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase. You should ensure you enter your email address correctly so your tickets are sent to the correct email address.
  • Your booking confirmation and PDF ticket must be presented to the Disney+ Drive In staff on entry to the venue via your car window, either via your mobile device (preferred) or in print version. Disney+ Drive-In staff will not handle the tickets or your mobile device – the barcode on the ticket will be scanned by them contactlessly.
  • Tickets may be gifted to friends or family members provided that the ticket holder contacts our customer support team to reissue the tickets in the new name/s.
  • Tickets are only valid for the time(s) and date shown on the ticket.
  • If you miss your allocated screening, Disney+ Drive-In staff will arrange an alternative screening where possible. Patrons are encouraged to allow an adequate amount of time for traffic delays and adverse weather conditions.

Event Cancellation and Refunds

  • Pedestrian reserves the right to cancel, delay or suspend Disney+ Drive In at its discretion due to any circumstances including without limitation, bad weather, unavailability of venue, government restrictions, COVID-19, danger, or any other cause. If a screening is cancelled, and there is no availability for the same tickets for any remaining screening, alternative tickets and extras will be offered to match the value of the original booking. Refunds will only be granted if there is no availability for remaining screenings and if requested within 7 days after a cancelled screening.
  • Any cancellation, delay or suspension of a screening will not entitle the ticketholder to make any claim against Disney+ Drive-In or Pedestrian whatsoever including without limitation in respect of any prepaid travel and accommodation expenses.
  • Except as specifically provided in these Terms and Conditions, Pedestrian will not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of any change in your personal circumstances which might restrict your attendance at Disney+ Drive-In, and is not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation, rescheduling and/or relocation of Disney+ Drive In (eg travel and accommodation expenses).
  • Complimentary tickets are only valid for the session of issue and will not be refunded if unused or if the screening is cancelled for any reason.

COVID-19 Policy

  • Tickets will be refunded in full (including booking fees) if the ticket holder(s) feel unwell, or if they are in mandatory self-isolation on the day of the screening.
  • In line with COVID-19 health regulations, and to assist in any future contact tracing requirements, it is a condition of entry that all attendees check-in using the QR code handed to them upon arrival. Confirmation of this check-in must be shown to Disney+ Drive-In gate staff before entry to the venue will be permitted. Pedestrian also reserves the right to add further requirements relating to COVID-19 to address changing restrictions and requirements in the relevant locality.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Disney+ Drive-In 2021

Disney+ Drive-In Festival (Disney+ Drive In) is owned and operated by Pedestrian Group Pty Ltd (ABN 60 112 839 568). Entry to Disney+ Drive In is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute films and/or vary advertised prices, event times and inclusions without notice.
  • The Australian Classification Board makes classification decisions about films under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995. Disney+ Drive-In may require proof of age identification in order to permit a person entry to a particular screening at the event.
  • Attendees must have a working FM radio either in their car or via a portable alternative in order to hear the audio for the film.
  • Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket for the screening. Please keep your ticket secure and do not share it with other persons.
  • Gates will open approximately 15 minutes before the pre-film content commences. No entry will be permitted before this time. Patrons should check their confirmation email to ensure they arrive at the venue at the permitted entry time.
  • Entry will not be permitted to patrons who arrive more than 15 minutes after the main film has commenced. This is necessary for safety and traffic management issues and to ensure no disturbance is made to other patrons. Patrons should arrive as early as possible.
  • There is a strict speed limit of 5km p/h within the venue. We ask that you please drive responsibly, adhere to the designated speed limit and follow all instructions of traffic management staff.
  • Parking at the Disney+ Drive-In event will be allocated on a first come, first served basis based on vehicle size, with a view to trying to provide a clear vantage point from all car spaces. No pre-booking for a particular car space will be available at the venue. Each vehicle is only permitted to occupy 1 car parking space at the venue.
  • All lights on the exterior of your car, and the engine, must be turned off once the film commences, including low beam, full beam, brake, and fog lights. Disney+ Drive-In staff reserve the right to ask you to relocate to the rear of the venue, or leave entirely if your lights cause a distraction to other patrons.
  • Disney+ Drive-In is fully navigable for patrons with mobility impairment, with accessible amenities located nearby designated parking, to the right of the screen (when facing it). Patrons will need a verified permit to enter these spaces. The person to whom the permit is issued must be present in the vehicle.
  • Pedestrian reserves the right to search all vehicles, persons and their possessions.
  • Alcohol, drugs and illegal and dangerous substances are strictly prohibited at the Disney+ Drive-In event and venue. Any person who attempts to bring alcohol or any of these other substances into the venue will be refused entry or asked to leave.
  • Persons attending Disney+ Drive-In must at all times be of neat and inoffensive appearance, and behave properly and responsibly and not engage in any behaviour that is likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance. Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable. Pedestrian reserves the right to refuse admission to any person to the venue and/or remove any person from the venue for any reason.
  • Disney+ Drive-In is a smoke-free event. We kindly ask that all patrons please leave the venue if they wish to smoke or vape. Wristbands will be issued as pass-outs for this purpose.
  • You have a duty to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while attending Disney+ Drive-In and you must comply with all directions of the Disney+ Drive-In staff at all times.
  • Children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Dogs are permitted at the venue provided that guests follow social distancing rules when walking about the venue with their dog, and ensure their dog is kept on a short leash at all times. It is the responsibility of owners to clean up after their dogs. Disney+ Drive In staff may intervene if a dog behaves in an unruly manner to ensure the enjoyment of other patrons is not affected and may require the owner and the dog to exit the venue.
  • By entering the Event venue, you and your guests agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used by Pedestrian and its related bodies corporate for marketing or promotional purposes without restriction.
  • You must not take, or permit to be taken, any photograph or film, video, sound or television recording or transmission at Disney+ Drive In without prior written consent by Pedestrian which may be given or withheld in Pedestrian’s discretion. Unauthorised photography may result in images being deleted by security staff.
  • First-aid staff will be available at the event. Please contact a member of staff if you require any assistance at any stage.
  • You must leave Disney+ Drive In promptly at or before the scheduled closing time.

  • You are responsible for all property that you bring to the event and Pedestrian and its related bodies corporate do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any of this property.
  • You agree to not cause any loss or damage to any property while at the Event venue. You will indemnify and keep Pedestrian and its related bodies corporate indemnified from all actions, claims, demands, costs, damages or proceedings whatsoever arising from your acts or omissions and/or the acts and omissions of your minor children and dogs at Disney+ Drive In
  • You acknowledge that you enter Disney+ Drive In and the venue and participate in the Disney+ Drive In event strictly at your own risk. You understand that there are inherent and other risks associated with attending an outdoor, drive-in, all weather event. To the extent permitted by law, you release Pedestrian and its related bodies corporate (including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors and agents) from all and any claims and liability incurred by you in connection with any loss, injury or damage you may suffer by attending the Event and the venue, however caused.
